Privacy Policy for Ultimate GP and GB Style Transfer

Version 1.0 | Effective July 17, 2026

Ultimate GP respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you:

  • visit https://ultimategp.com/ or a related page (the “Website”);
  • view, purchase, download, license, activate, update, or use GB Style Transfer (the “Product”);
  • access a Freemius checkout or customer Account associated with the Product;
  • communicate with us about sales, support, refunds, security, or other matters; or
  • otherwise interact with Ultimate GP.

This Policy does not replace the privacy notices of Freemius or another third-party service. Those providers explain their own processing in their respective policies.

1. Who we are

The Website and Product are operated by [LEGAL NAME], trading as Ultimate GP (“Ultimate GP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Contact details
Email: [email protected]
Website: https://ultimategp.com/
Product page: https://ultimategp.com/gb-style-transfer/

For personal information that we determine the purposes and means of processing, Ultimate GP is the controller, business, or equivalent responsible organization under applicable privacy law.

Freemius acts separately in connection with checkout, payment, tax, customer Account, licensing, and related services. See the Freemius Privacy Policy for its role and practices.

2. Scope of this Policy

This Policy covers personal information handled by Ultimate GP through the Website, Product-related communications, and information made available to us through our Freemius vendor tools.

It does not govern:

  • a customer’s own WordPress Site or the personal information the customer processes there;
  • independent websites, plugins, themes, hosting providers, or services linked from the Website;
  • WordPress, GenerateBlocks, GenerateBlocks Pro, or their respective operators; or
  • Freemius processing that Freemius controls under its own terms and privacy notice.

If you use GB Style Transfer for a client, employer, or other organization, that organization is responsible for its own privacy notices, instructions, legal bases, and handling of personal information contained in WordPress content or export packages.

3. Information we collect

The categories below describe information that we or our service providers may process, depending on how you interact with us.

3.1 Website and server information

When you request a Website page, our hosting and security infrastructure may automatically record:

  • Internet Protocol (IP) address;
  • date and time of the request;
  • requested URL and referring URL;
  • browser, device, operating-system, and user-agent information;
  • language and approximate geographic or network information derived from the IP address;
  • response status, transferred data, and performance information; and
  • security, firewall, bot-detection, and error events.

We use this information to deliver the Website, prevent abuse, investigate errors, maintain security, and understand aggregate Website operation.

3.2 Information you provide directly

When you email or otherwise contact us, we may receive:

  • your name, email address, organization, and role;
  • the subject and content of your message;
  • Product, order, invoice, or License identifiers you choose to provide;
  • WordPress, PHP, GenerateBlocks, GenerateBlocks Pro, and Product versions;
  • Site URLs, screenshots, error messages, diagnostics, and reproduction steps;
  • redacted manifests, exported packages, or block content supplied for troubleshooting; and
  • any other information included in your message or attachment.

Please do not send passwords, WordPress Application Passwords, secret keys, complete License keys, full payment-card details, unnecessary personal information, or unredacted client content. Use a staging Site and a temporary minimum-permission account if support access is genuinely required.

3.3 Purchase, Account, and transaction information

Freemius is the authorized reseller and merchant of record for Product purchases. Freemius and its payment providers collect and process the information required for checkout, which can include:

  • name, email address, billing address, country, and business details;
  • order, plan, price, currency, quantity, billing cycle, coupon, and tax information;
  • payment method and payment-status information;
  • invoices, refunds, chargebacks, renewals, subscriptions, and trials;
  • Product License keys and activated Site information; and
  • customer Account and transaction history.

Ultimate GP can access relevant customer, purchase, License, activation, subscription, refund, and support information through Freemius so we can fulfil orders, administer the Product, provide support, prevent fraud, and meet legal or accounting obligations.

Ultimate GP does not receive or store your complete payment-card number through the Product Website. Payment credentials are handled by Freemius and its payment providers under their own security and privacy obligations.

3.4 Product licensing and environment information

GB Style Transfer includes the Freemius WordPress SDK. When you activate or manage a Product License, use the Product Account screen, check entitlement, or receive an eligible update, the SDK may communicate information needed for those services to Freemius. Depending on the interaction and choices shown on the Freemius activation screen, this can include:

  • Product ID, version, License, plan, and entitlement status;
  • Site URL, Site identity, and activation status;
  • WordPress and PHP environment information;
  • relevant plugin, theme, server, locale, and administrator/account information; and
  • technical events needed for activation, update delivery, security, and troubleshooting.

Freemius determines the specific information it processes for these services. Review the information shown during activation and the Freemius Privacy Policy.

3.5 GB Style Transfer exports and imports

GB Style Transfer can read GenerateBlocks Pro Global Style records, selected WordPress block content, and permitted referenced content to create a local preview or export package. A package can contain:

  • source Site and WordPress edit URLs;
  • Gutenberg block markup and page or pattern content;
  • selectors, class names, titles, CSS, and structured style data;
  • asset and external URLs;
  • source metadata, rename mappings, and warning messages; and
  • client, project, or author information present in the selected content.

Normal export, validation, import, and CSS-rebuild operations occur inside WordPress environments that you control. Ultimate GP does not automatically receive your packages or imported content merely because you use the Product. We receive such material only when you choose to send it to us, for example in a support request.

You are responsible for checking and protecting packages before downloading, emailing, uploading, committing them to a repository, or sharing them with another person.

3.6 Comments and Gravatar

If comments are enabled and you leave a comment, WordPress may collect the information entered in the comment form, your IP address, and your browser user-agent string for moderation, security, and spam prevention.

An anonymized value derived from your email address may be sent to the Gravatar service to determine whether you have a profile image. If your comment is approved, that image may be publicly visible with your comment. Gravatar is operated by Automattic; see the Automattic Privacy Policy.

The Website may also display a Gravatar image for an author profile, which can cause your browser to request the image from Gravatar.

3.7 Media and user accounts

If you are permitted to upload images to the Website, avoid files containing embedded location information such as EXIF GPS metadata. Website visitors may be able to download an image and extract that metadata.

If a WordPress Website account is created for you, the Website stores the profile information you provide. You may be able to view, correct, or delete some profile information, but usernames and records needed for security, administration, or legal compliance may be retained.

A Freemius customer Account is separate from any WordPress Website account and is governed by Freemius’s privacy notice.

3.8 Search and other interactions

When you use Website search, the search term is submitted to our WordPress installation and may appear in server or security logs with the related request information.

At the effective date of this Policy, we do not intentionally run Google Analytics or a similar cross-site advertising analytics service on the GB Style Transfer Product page. If this changes, we will update this Policy and, where required, request consent before enabling non-essential tracking.

4. How we use information

We may use personal information to:

  • provide, secure, maintain, and troubleshoot the Website;
  • process and administer purchases, Licenses, activations, Account actions, trials, refunds, and updates;
  • verify entitlement to premium Product features and Support;
  • respond to questions, support requests, refund requests, and security reports;
  • investigate compatibility issues, errors, fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access;
  • improve Product reliability, documentation, safety controls, and customer experience;
  • communicate operational, licensing, security, legal, or Product information;
  • maintain transaction, tax, accounting, and compliance records;
  • establish, exercise, or defend legal claims;
  • enforce our Terms and protect customers, Ultimate GP, Freemius, and third parties; and
  • comply with law, court orders, and lawful requests from authorities.

We do not use a support package to obtain unrelated customer information. If you submit a package, we limit our use to what is reasonably necessary for support, security, or the purpose for which you supplied it.

5. Legal bases for processing

Where laws such as the UK GDPR or EU GDPR require a legal basis, we rely on one or more of the following:

  1. Contract: processing needed to provide the Product, fulfil a purchase, administer a License, deliver an update, or respond to a Product request.
  2. Legitimate interests: operating and securing the Website and Product, preventing fraud, improving reliability, supporting customers, maintaining business records, and protecting legal rights, balanced against your rights and expectations.
  3. Consent: processing you affirmatively agree to, such as optional cookies or marketing where consent is required. You may withdraw consent for future processing.
  4. Legal obligation: tax, accounting, sanctions, consumer-protection, fraud-prevention, dispute, and regulatory requirements.
  5. Legal claims and vital interests: processing needed to establish or defend claims or protect a person where applicable law recognizes those grounds.

If we ask for information required to perform a contract or comply with law and you do not provide it, we may be unable to complete a purchase, activate a License, provide Support, or fulfil the request.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. The Website and integrated services may also use local storage, session storage, pixels, or similar technology.

6.1 WordPress cookies

Depending on the feature you use:

  • a temporary cookie may test whether your browser accepts cookies and is normally discarded when the browser closes;
  • comment cookies may remember your name, email address, and Website for convenience for approximately one year if you opt in;
  • login cookies may remain for approximately two days, or approximately two weeks if “Remember Me” is selected;
  • screen-preference cookies may remain for approximately one year; and
  • an editor cookie may identify the article you edited and normally expires after approximately one day.

Logging out removes applicable WordPress login cookies.

6.2 Cloudflare and security technology

The Website uses Cloudflare for content delivery, availability, traffic routing, and security. Cloudflare may process request information and set cookies or similar identifiers when needed to distinguish trusted traffic, detect bots, apply security rules, or maintain service. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

6.3 Freemius technology

The embedded Freemius checkout, Freemius customer Account, and Freemius WordPress SDK may use cookies or similar storage for checkout state, Account sessions, fraud prevention, preferences, cart recovery, licensing, and service operation. These technologies are governed by Freemius’s Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

6.4 Cookie controls

You can remove or block cookies using browser settings. Blocking essential cookies can prevent login, checkout, Account, License, preference, or security functions from working correctly.

Where the law requires consent for non-essential cookies, we will request it before using those cookies. Because we do not currently use cross-site behavioral advertising on the Product page, we do not sell personal information or use Website cookies to share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

7. How we disclose information

We do not sell personal information. We disclose information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to:

7.1 Service providers

  • Hostinger: Website hosting and server infrastructure.
  • Cloudflare: content delivery, network performance, availability, and security.
  • Freemius and its providers: checkout, merchant-of-record services, payment processing, tax administration, customer Account, License activation, subscription management, refunds, and Product updates.
  • Google (Gmail): receipt, storage, and delivery of email sent to our public support address.
  • Automattic/Gravatar: profile images when Gravatar is requested by the Website.
  • Professional advisers: legal, accounting, tax, security, or other advisers where reasonably necessary.

These providers process information under their own terms or under contractual obligations appropriate to their role.

7.2 Legal and safety disclosures

We may disclose information when we reasonably believe it is necessary to comply with law or legal process; respond to a lawful authority; investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, or rights violations; enforce agreements; protect users or the public; or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

7.3 Business changes

If Ultimate GP or the Product is involved in a merger, financing, reorganization, sale, acquisition, or transfer of assets, relevant information may be disclosed to advisers and potential or actual counterparties subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal requirements.

8. International transfers

Ultimate GP’s providers may process information in countries other than your own. Hostinger, Cloudflare, Freemius, Google, Automattic, payment providers, and their subprocessors may operate infrastructure in multiple regions, including the United States, Europe, and other countries.

Privacy laws and government-access rules may differ between countries. Where required, the responsible provider or Ultimate GP may rely on an adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses, another approved transfer mechanism, or a legally permitted exception. Review each provider’s privacy notice for more information about its transfers and safeguards.

9. Data retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, including to provide the Product, maintain security, comply with tax or accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Retention depends on the information:

  • Website and security logs: retained according to operational, hosting, Cloudflare, security, and incident-investigation requirements, then deleted or anonymized when no longer needed.
  • Purchase and License records: retained for the lifetime of the Account or License and afterward as needed for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, disputes, and legal compliance. Freemius controls retention in its own systems.
  • Support email and diagnostics: retained while the request is active and afterward when reasonably needed for follow-up, security, Product history, dispute handling, or legal obligations. Unnecessary sensitive attachments may be deleted earlier.
  • Comments: may remain with their metadata until the comment or related content is removed, so follow-up comments can be recognized and moderated.
  • WordPress Website accounts: retained while active and afterward when required for administration, security, or legal records.
  • GB Style Transfer packages: not retained by Ultimate GP unless you voluntarily provide them. Copies under your control follow your own retention rules.

We may retain information longer when preservation is required by law, a legal hold, a security incident, a payment dispute, or a claim. We may retain anonymized information that no longer identifies you.

10. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:

  • request confirmation of whether we process your personal information;
  • access or obtain a copy of your information;
  • correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
  • request deletion;
  • restrict or object to certain processing;
  • receive information you provided in a portable format;
  • withdraw consent for future processing;
  • opt out of direct marketing;
  • appeal a refusal where applicable; and
  • complain to a competent privacy or data-protection authority.

You may submit a request to [email protected]. Describe the right you wish to exercise and the interaction or email address involved. We may request reasonable information to verify identity and protect against unauthorized disclosure. An authorized agent may be required to show valid authority.

Some information cannot be deleted or disclosed when an exception applies, including legal, tax, security, fraud-prevention, confidentiality, or rights-of-others requirements. We will explain an applicable limitation where required.

For payment, Freemius Account, checkout, or Freemius SDK information controlled by Freemius, submit the request directly under the Freemius Privacy Policy. We will reasonably assist when the request concerns information we control.

US state privacy disclosures

Where applicable US state law grants additional rights, you may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of covered personal information and may appeal certain decisions. Ultimate GP does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined by applicable state privacy laws. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

11. Email and communications

We may send transactional or service communications about purchases, License activation, Account actions, security, updates, Support, policy changes, or requests you submit. These messages may be necessary to provide the Product and may not include an unsubscribe option when they are strictly operational.

Marketing messages, if sent, will include an appropriate opt-out method. You can also request removal from Ultimate GP marketing at [email protected]. Freemius communications must be managed using the options Freemius provides.

Opting out of marketing does not stop necessary transaction, License, security, or support messages.

12. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the information, such as HTTPS, access controls, software updates, backups, network-security services, and limited access to support information.

No website, email service, WordPress installation, transmission, or storage system is completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your WordPress administrator credentials, Application Passwords, License keys, Account credentials, backups, and exported packages.

If you believe personal information or Product credentials have been exposed, contact [email protected] promptly. Do not include the exposed secret in the initial message.

13. Children’s privacy

The Website and Product are intended for website owners, developers, agencies, and other professional users. They are not directed to children under thirteen years of age or a higher minimum age required by local law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child who cannot legally consent. If you believe a child provided information improperly, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

14. Embedded content and external links

Website pages may include images, videos, checkout interfaces, customer Account interfaces, articles, or other content supplied by third parties. Embedded content can behave as if you visited the third party directly. The provider may collect IP address, browser information, cookies, Account status, and interaction data under its own privacy policy.

Opening an external link takes you to a service we do not control. Review that service’s privacy policy before providing information.

15. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy when the Website, Product, providers, legal requirements, or privacy practices change. The updated version will show a new effective date. If a change is material, we may provide additional notice through the Website, Product, email, Account, or another appropriate channel.

The version published on the Website applies from its stated effective date. We encourage you to review it periodically.

16. Contact and complaints

For privacy questions or requests, contact:

Email: [email protected]
Website: https://ultimategp.com/

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may have the right to complain to the privacy or data-protection authority where you live or work.
